Woodburn Self Storage

This ground up 12-acre mixed RV and Mini Storage in Woodburn OR was designed and built with rental space maximization in mind. We assisted the developer with the design throughout construction. This large storage facility consists of over 100,000 square feet of self-storage, 95,000 sf of carports, 21,000 sf of enclosed recreational vehicle storage, as well as 800 sf of administrative office space. Project successes included switching between jurisdictions to save money on expensive utilities installation. Cornice assisted in designing and implementing a unique drainage system to reduce material, install and import fill costs. We worked with the design team to create an efficient site, minimizing lost space of drive aisles and maximizing rentable space. We also inspired the upgrade of an unsightly large concrete fire water tank into a landmark logo sign, leaving our client with a state of the art, turn-key storage facility.
