The Treske Building #4 project is a 30,000 square-foot concrete tilt-up manufacturing facility. This state-of-the-art facility and equipment are designed to provide repeatability, consistency, and quality for a mixture of high-profile clients in the aerospace, military defense, semiconductor, and medical industries.  The facility includes a 3,500-square-foot, two-story inspection and testing area designed to maintain stringent environmental controls. This space is fully compliant with AS9100D (Aerospace-Quality Management Systems) and ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), supporting the precision testing and inspection of mission-critical components.

Through innovative planning and close collaboration with the ownership team, we successfully constructed the new building just six feet from the existing structure. The two buildings are seamlessly integrated via dual connecting tunnels, enabling optimal workflow and operational efficiency across both facilities. Despite initial permitting challenges and site constraints, including a large underground detention gallery, nearby wetlands, and the close proximity to the existing structure, the project was completed on schedule.
