Sonoma Self Storage

Sonoma Storage is a two story, 54,890 sf expansion laid within an existing facility. Site access was limited due to the existing storage tenants as well as two commercial business and a residence on the property. The rural location required infrastructure to be self sufficient, including a 60,000 gallon water tank to supply the fire sprinkler system. California's no net fill requirement was achieved by elevating the building pad nine feet higher than the vegetated buffer area to the south. Ultimately, this is intended to be a high end facility to serve the residents of Sonoma County.
