Scappoose Bay Marina

Phase 1 improvements at Scappoose Bay Marina focused on enhancing accessibility and user experience through sidewalk widening and the addition of new access points for kayakers, allowing safer coexistence with boaters. A redesigned and expanded staging area was constructed to reduce congestion and improve circulation. The comprehensive sitework and utility package laid the groundwork for future Phase 2 in-water improvements, supporting the marina’s long-term functionality and growth.
