Rock Creek TI

This project included a 3,000 SF office tenant improvement within a new industrial warehouse facility in Sherwood, Oregon. The buildout created a functional administrative space designed to support warehouse operations while remaining flexible for future tenants.

The scope included construction of an open office area, conference room, two private offices, break room, IT room, and janitor’s closet, along with office and warehouse restrooms serving both administrative staff and warehouse personnel.

The completed space provides a modern, efficient office environment integrated within a large distribution facility, supporting a wide range of potential industrial users.
