PCI Office

This design-build project transformed a former Nike facility through a comprehensive renovation of 24,000 SF of high-end office space and 75,000 SF of warehouse. The office portion was fully gutted and rebuilt with all-new HVAC systems, insulation, roofing, windows, and plumbing. Warehouse upgrades included the construction of storage rooms, installation of two overhead cranes, slab repairs, epoxy flooring, and the addition of a new drive-in door with ramp.
