Mason Street Tilt

Delivered two ground-up 51,000 SF concrete tilt-up industrial buildings for Phelan Development. Scope included complete sitework, surcharging of building pads to meet geotechnical requirements, and extensive off-site improvements. Managed utility coordination, erosion control, and public right-of-way work. Successfully navigated and mitigated construction risks related to Columbia River dike water fluctuations through real-time monitoring and proactive planning. Oversaw all phases from preconstruction through turnover, including subcontractor management, schedule control, and safety compliance.
