Lebanon Self Storage

This ground up 5-acre mixed RV and mini-Storage consisted of building 6 new structures to house self-storage units, enclosed recreational vehicle storage, carports, and administrative office space. We assisted the developer with the design from the preliminary plans through construction. Cornice designed an efficient, sloped site and sloped building plan to minimize the amount of imported fill material. We also assisted in creating a unit layout to maximize rentable space. One challenge that arose was working in the winter on a site with a high water table. To overcome this, we staged site and implemented creative methods, erosion control measures and runoff management to keep the site clean and dry through the winter. We also left our client with a pre-planned design and associated site work for a second phase, that could easily adapt to the most desirable unit types. Our efforts resulted in a turn-key storage facility, ready to make our client money!
