Iron Man TI

This project included a build out of 93,000 sf of warehouse improvements and 11,600 sf of office. This was a retail showroom for 4 x 4 equipment and accessories associated with Toyota and other types of trucks. In addition to the storage in the warehouse, we built an accessory install area next to the showroom.
