Designed with flexibility and function in mind, the facility features large clear heights, customizable tenant office spaces, and expansive trailer and vehicle parking areas—ideal for modern industrial and logistics needs.

Despite facing permitting challenges early on and working through difficult winter weather conditions, the project team delivered the project on time and on budget.
