Columbia Community Mental Health
Our current construction project is the new Columbia Community Mental Health (CCMH) Treatment Center, a facility dedicated to supporting individuals in mental health and drug and alcohol recovery. As the general contractor on site, our team has begun the initial stages of construction, focusing on trenching for utilities through the main parking lot, which also serves an existing CCMH treatment center. These early efforts are essential to prepare the site for full development once permits are finalized.
At this stage, the building pad has been fully graded and is ready for underground plumbing and electrical installation to begin once the building permit is issued. Concurrently, we plan to start digging footings to maintain project momentum and ensure timely progress. Our focus remains on maintaining safety, coordination, and minimal disruption to CCMH’s ongoing operations while laying the groundwork for a facility that will provide vital community services.
