Contract Furnishings Mart Renovation

The Contract Furnishings Mart project consists of a comprehensive renovation of an existing metal building to accommodate a modern showroom, office spaces, and warehouse operations. Exterior improvements include new metal siding across the entire building, a TPO roofing overlay over the existing metal roof, a new asphalt parking lot, updated curbs and landscaping, and new glass canopies at the customer and office entrances.

Interior renovations include demolition of the existing office space and loading dock, construction of a new customer storefront entrance, and installation of a customer sales desk. The showroom will feature dedicated display areas, private offices, and alcove rooms designed to showcase a variety of flooring products, including tile, carpet, hardwood, and other finish materials. New office space will include a conference room, breakroom, private offices, and open office areas. The warehouse improvements include a designated epoxy-finished forklift charging area and a new drive-in ramp with a large drive-through door to improve material handling and operational efficiency.

Building system upgrades include new HVAC systems, renovation and installation of fire suppression systems, and a new fire alarm system. The completed project will provide a fully renovated, functional, and modern facility that integrates customer-facing showroom spaces, administrative offices, and warehouse operations while enhancing the building's exterior appearance, accessibility, and overall functionality.
