Cascade Columbia Processing Facility

Cascade Columbia's new facility is a new 10,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building tailored to house a complete processing system. The Tenant Improvement package includes a finished office/lab, and restroom area, all designed to meet the operational needs. The facility includes a complete electrical, plumbing, and controls system. A 16' x 16' removable roof curb has been incorporated to allow for the installation or removal of large storage tanks, ensuring flexibility in operations and long-term serviceability of major equipment. Durable, easy-to-clean epoxy flooring is installed throughout the processing area, providing a sanitary and chemical-resistant surface appropriate for food production. Immediately following completion of the 10,000 square foot building, a 4,400 square foot addition was added. While this was designed as one cohesive project, it was built based on the city's phased expansion requirements.
