Cascade Columbia Processing Facility

Cascade Columbia built a new 10,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building tailored to house their complete processing system. The Tenant Improvement package includes a finished office/lab, and restroom area, all designed to meet the operational and compliance needs of a processing environment. The facility includes a complete electrical, plumbing, process piping, and controls system to support production. A 16' x 16' removable roof curb has been incorporated to allow for the installation or removal of large storage tanks, ensuring flexibility in operations and long-term serviceability of major equipment. Durable, easy-to-clean epoxy flooring is installed throughout the processing area, providing a sanitary and chemical-resistant surface appropriate for food production.
