10,700 SF design build PEMB for a trucking facility in Tillamook, OR. Included 3,000 sf of two story office, a 15 ton bridge crane, radiant heat flooring utilizing a used oil burner system, vehicle and welding exhaust system for shop area, compressed air and lubrication distribution.
