Acorn Storage consists of the construction of a new storage facility comprising of five separate buildings, totaling approximately 60,692 square feet of storage space. The development is designed to provide a mix of traditional and specialized storage solutions to meet a wide range of customer needs. One of the five buildings includes conditioned (climate-controlled) storage space, ideal for temperature-sensitive items. An additional 12,000 SF of covered carport-style storage, suitable for vehicles, boats, trailers, or other large items requiring protection from the elements. A dedicated office space for facility management and customer service, strategically located for easy accessibility and operational efficiency. Located above the leasing office, is an apartment for onsite staff.
