10,050 SF PEMB build to suit with a 579 SF office TI. This building was maximized for the sight and included the owner’s retail operation, leaving limited access for construction. Cornice met this challenge with preplanning, diligent scheduling and just in-time delivery options. This project won a Green Globe award for it’s commitment to environmental efficiency practices.
